These Leadership and Personality Development   Seminars enables the participants to have an opportunity to have self-discovery by examining their values, paradigms, attitudes and beliefs, and decide which ones create their success (and which ones do not) so as to create better results in their lives.  
WAVES (Work Attitude and Values Enhancement Seminar) is one- to two-day seminar enables the participants to have an opportunity to have self-discovery by examining their values, paradigms, attitudes and beliefs as employees, and decide which ones impact the whole organization/institution/ community he/she belongs to.

RESEARCH SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS/ PROGRAMS

FIRST (Fun In Research Seminar/Training) is the first of a series of seminars on research. It is a one-day seminar for beginning researchers where the basics of research are explained in the easiest and most fun approach, and at the same time, the participants are made aware of the proper attitude of a good researcher.
RAW (Researchers at Work) is a one- to two-day seminar is the second of the series and is designed for researchers/thesis writers where participants have a hands-on training and preliminary coaching on research writing, and more importantly, the seeds of developing a culture of research in their schools/ universities are sown.
REAP (Research Excellence and Achievement Program) is the last of the series for research. REAP is a 40 to 50-day coaching program where the participants are guided while conducting their research.
